And I will answer:

In present times it seems like Decency is out of fashion.

Some even consider it old school, outdated, or even a poor appearance. 

What a fallacy!

Here is something about decent appearance:

Do you agree that people are often addressed by the way they dress? Decency demonstrates a sense of self-respect and conveys the intention to treat others with dignity. 

One's appearance is the visual representation of their values and commitment to other areas of life.

One can be beautiful without being naked, Yes!
